ARCHITECTS SERVICES

DLSS Architects offer a complete architectural service from concept to completion. Our experience in feasibility, planning permission through to detail design and construction allow our clients to sit back and enjoy watching their dream home take shape. Through our bespoke architectural service, we take on domestic and residential projects of every scale and complexity, from refurbishments, conversions and extensions to full renovations and new-builds.

We will guide you through step-by-step to designing your build and collaborate closely with you from the initial drawings, planning and detail design through to tender and construction process in completing your house on time and on budget. We approach each project with the same passion and attention to detail regardless of budget or scale and we strive to work closely with our clients every step of the way.

CONCEPT:

Based on our client's initial brief, the analysis of the site and our ideas, we'll sketch out some initial design concepts and guide you to the involvement of the next stage.

PLANNING:

Detailed planning application documents are developed using our experience and dialogue with local councils to ensure the process runs smoothly and quickly as possible. We have an excellent success rate in planning approvals across the West Midlands and all over the UK.

BUILD:

Once the project has the approval of the planners, we will provide detailed technical drawings which meet all the legal requirements and allow for accurate construction costs to be submitted. Working closely with the Quantity Surveyor, we will obtain fixed prices from selected contractors and organise contracts on behalf of our clients. DLSS Architects will then ensure that the build is in line with the desired level of detail and quality in accordance with the Contract.
